At Vitality, we offer a variety of one-hour-long massage and bodywork services to add to your self-care routine. Our partner, Yari Perez, will massage your troubles away.

Meet Kayla!

Kayla Allen, owner of KJAmore Holistics, is a Licensed Massage Therapist in PA since 2019, Certified Massage Therapist in CA since 2016, Certified Health and Life Coach since 2015.

Kayla has been trained in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Mysofascial Therapy, Lymphatic drainage, Prenatal massage, Acupressure, Shiatsu massage, Trigger Point therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Energy work. She focuses on releasing tightness and tension in the body and the mind. Guiding her clients to find the connection within their everyday lives and the state of their bodies. 

Kayla has worked on clients with many different situations, some clients have serious injuries from accidents, sports injuries, and such. Some clients are pregnant, postpartum clients, and others who have overall regular stress. Kayla enjoys loosening tight muscles, bringing relief to her clients and seeing the change in her clients bodies when they leave from when they arrived.

Deep Tissue is best for those who have highly active lifestyles, engage in physical activities, and for those who have an injury or chronic pain. This massage is also best for those who like a lot of pressure and a higher pain tolerance.

Swedish Massage 

Uses massage oils to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes over the entire body, improves circulation, decreases stress, relaxes muscles and enhances mental clarity.

Shiatsu 

Japanese healing method where pressure and stretching is the key.

Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Lymphatic drainage massages can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and other conditions.

Point work on the meridians to center the energy within your body.

Prenatal Massage 

Prenatal massage increases blood flow and helps release the tension that can be brought on naturally by pregnancy. It also relaxes the nervous system and releases feel good hormones that aide in better sleep.

Sports Massage:

Sports Massage is a technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities as well as repetitive activities. It consists of stretches and muscle manipulation.

Myofascial Therapy

A manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body.
