What are Chakras?

Chakras are energy centers that start at the top of your head and end at the base of your spine. There are seven main chakras in your body, each regulating a system, influencing everything from emotional processing to resisting disease. The function of the chakras is to spin and draw in energy to keep the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health of the body in balance. When they are distorted, you can be negatively impacted which is what I call an imbalance.

Meet Ayanna!

Ayanna Taylor is a Certified Chakra Balancer & Energy Healing Practitioner and founder of Aura Muse, a Spiritual & Self Wellness Brand who grew up in Philadelphia, PA.

Ayanna’s spiritual journey started in 2017 when she started to heal herself through meditation, yoga and crystal therapy. In doing so, she felt compelled to get certified in these healing modalities and share them with her community. She has since been certified as a Spiritual Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, Sound Therapist & is currently enrolled in school to earn her 200hr YTT to assist people in healing through body movement.

She has organized a group called Mind Body Soul Collective where she guides women daily on how to expand their consciousness and live a high vibrational & fulfilling life. Her purpose is to encourage, empower and assist women on their journey of expansion and ascension on a soul level. Her commitment is to hold space for others to just be & help them dismantle limiting beliefs that stem from childhood trauma through shadow work, monthly meetings, guided meditation and sacred space she likes to call Goddess Time.

Ayanna, being the self proclaimed Goddess that she is, exudes divine femininity, motherhood, freedom, beauty, love, and compassion. She serves as inspiration to her clients and everyone she encounters because of her optimistic, positive and down to earth personality.

Ayanna has traveled around the world vigorously pursuing an outlet of peace. One day she was asked about the particulars of a few specific countries she’d been to and in that moment she realized she had not allowed herself to just BE. After some much needed self discovery, purging and healing Ayanna studied mindfulness and began to take her power back from constantly saying no to life & saying “YES” to all that is.. Ayanna has a special gift that makes others feel empowered by transforming their mind. Her focus is to promote self love, self care and spiritual healing — Because it is our BIRTH RIGHT! 

It is Ayanna’s hope to inspire and encourage those, especially who identify as ‘BLACK’  to practice meditation and bring focus to our personal and collective divine power. 

A meditation session with Ayanna will consist of grounding, achieving a relaxed state and being guided to check in with yourself through body scans, breath work, chakra alignment, and more. Ayanna will guide your mind so that clutter can disappear, you can become more efficient and you’ll have self-confidence in all things. During your meditation session exhaustion will disappear from your body as you relax and release, focus on the present moment and constantly return to your breath as it enters and leaves your vessel. You will also tap into your core and soul purpose and find ways to lean into your intuition, find inner joy and obtain wholeness!
