Tiffany Wright, LAC, CYT is a mental health professional that has dedicated her life to exploring the intersection between physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Tiffany Wright has been studying Psychology since 2010. She received a Master’s of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling and practices Psychotherapy as an LAC.
Tiffany has worked in a partial care setting with adults diagnosed with severe mental illnesses and substance use, as well as with children and adolescents diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders in school, community, and crisis settings. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy, integrating mind body practices to promote healing. Tiffany works to empower clients to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of their lives. As a therapist, she incorporates techniques from modalities such as MBCT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Tiffany’s experience in mental health has led her to the practice of mindfulness and yoga as she became a Registered Yoga Teacher and completed a 500-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training. Tiffany had the privilege of grounding her theory of holistic, natural healing in the jungles of Thailand. Her background also extended to teaching gymnastics and cheerleading as she traveled the country coaching various middle and high school teams starting in 2007.
In 2015, Tiffany became fascinated with the practice of Acroyoga and continued her journey in Indonesia to become a certified Acrovinyasa teacher. Tiffany began studying the art of contortion, leading her to develop a passion for teaching flexibility to all bodies. Tiffany continues to evolve in acrobatic practices, as she is currently enrolled in Circadium Contemporary Circus Program at Philadelphia School of Circus Arts.

What is Yoga Meets Therapy?
Yoga Meets Therapy is an empowering and holistic program that integrates psychotherapeutic techniques and yogic practices to aide in healing multiple aspects of health, including, physical, psychological, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Yoga Meets Therapy focuses on releasing tension throughout the body and reducing undesirable emotional, behavioral, and cognitive patterns. This program utilizes movement, yoga asanas, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, cleansing techniques (kriyas), ayurvedic principles, mindfulness, and therapeutic techniques to help individuals better manage challenges and restore balance. These techniques have been scientifically shown to reduce and/or eliminate various health concerns like anxiety, depression, aggression, distress, back pain, weak muscles, unstable joints, chronic pain, migraines, and sleep disturbances. Each plan is specifically customized to meet each individual’s needs and challenges.
What to expect when booking a session?
Session 1 (60-minutes): Intake evaluation is held to collect detailed information regarding participants physical, emotional, and mental health, lifestyle habits, movement background and more in order for Therapist to accurately prepare an individually customized plan.
Behind the scenes: Within 1 week of the intake, participants will receive a fully customized plan including a variety of yoga asanas, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and theraeptuic techniques. The plan is delivered via a HIPPA-compliant app, which also allows the plan to be saved.
In between sessions: Throughout the program, participants will have full access to Therapist for guidance, assistance with program, modifications, and emergencies.
Session 2 (60-minutes): Participant and Therapist will meet 2-3 weeks later to discuss program, progress, concerns, and ways to implement the plan long-term.

Flexibility Training Individualized Program
What is it?
Looking to increase your flexibility? Sign up for this individualized flexibility training program to learn safe and proper techniques to increase strength and flexibility.
With this program, you will receive a personalized training plan with 10-20 drills sent via video tutorials to increase active and passive flexibility, strength and balance.
Options are available for 1-, 3-, or 6-week programs. For multiweek programs, we meet 1x per week for 45 minutes to discuss how your training is going, challenges and growths, and tailor the program as needed. Throughout the program, students have unlimited access to instructor via Whatsapp for questions, comments, and progress tracking.
